How much do you charge for postage? We offer free delivery Australia Wide.
How long does delivery take, when I order online? 1-5 business days, to most of Australia. We use a range of courier services depending on location and size of orders.
Do you deliver outside of Australia? Please send us an email, letting us know your location, and we’ll happily discuss the possibilities.
Are your products tested on animals? Absolutely no way! Our products go through laboratory testing to ensure they are up to Australian standards, but this never involves animals, nor animal cruelty.
Do your products contain Palm Oil? Absolutely not! We only use organic, sustainable ingredients, and will never support clearing rainforest for palm oil plantations.
Are your products made in Australia? Yes. 100% Australian made. Australian family owned. Tasmanian based company.
Do you use petroleum jelly? No. Mineral oil derived ingredients are cheap fillers, and are often used in skin products. In my family, we don’t want such products on our skin, and neither should you. BeWildly products will never contain mineral oil, petrochemicals or petroleum jelly.
Do these products contain Fragrances? We use pure, organic essential oils to give our products delicious smells. No artificial fragrances are used in our products.
Are you certified organic? Not yet. Our products, are 100% organic, but gaining organic certification is a process which takes time.
Are your products Vegan friendly? Yes and No.

Healing Balm contains beeswax. Unlike synthetic alternatives, beeswax is the most natural and effective product for this purpose, we only use wax from organic/sustainable apiarists.

Beeswax
We are proud to use Organic/Sustainable beeswax in our Healing Balm. Beeswax acts as an emollient and a humectant, drawing moisture to the skin and sealing it in. Beeswax also contains vitamin A, which may be beneficial in softening and rehydrating dry skin and in cell reconstruction. Bees are incredibly important to our ecosystem, and we are excited to be playing a part in supporting the good work of Australian Apiarist.
Liquorice Root
One of the most overlooked roots in terms of medicinal value. The effective extract is made from small, rough and brown liquorice root, which usually tastes and smells like candy but is not actually sweet when tasted.
The root extracts are used in treating a variety of skin diseases due to its anti- oxidant, anti- inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-carcinogenic, and antiviral properties. Liquorice root has a good reputation as being helpful for sensitive skin.
Pawpaw
We are in love with pawpaw as one of natures gems, it has anti-fungal, antibiotic and ant-inflammatory properties. Pawpaw also contains vitamins A, C and E, and is notably good for healing burns and abrasions. Wow! Paw Paw is the super power in our healing balm.
Aloe Vera
Aloe Gel is perhaps the most widely recognised herbal remedy in the western world today, used to relieve thermal burn and sunburn, promote wound healing, and moisturise and soften skin. Everyone who uses it seems convinced that it works, and its millennia of use for the same conditions support that assumption.
Chamomile
So much more than a tea, Chamomile is renowned for its anti-inflammatory effects and is used to calm inflamed skin, muscle aches, headaches and easing arthritis.
In addition to it's anti-inflammatory properties, it is an analgesic, antiseptic, antibiotic and anti-infectious, making it very good for moisturising type products.
Kelp
Kelp is a seaweed that we can often find dried on the beach after a pretty large swell. It has an abundance of vitamins, minerals and iodine, making it an important addition to our After Sun Relief.
Vanilla
The warm, sweet aroma of organic vanilla eases stress and brings on feelings of comfort and wellbeing.
Orange oil is helpful for infections and when combined with vanilla it makes our products smell absolutely delicious.
